Overview

Are you looking for an exceptional opportunity working for a children’s hospital with a national reputation in outstanding clinical care? 

Join a friendly and highly collaborative team of pediatric anesthesiologists at Children’s Mercy Kansas City.  Ideal candidates will be BE/BC in Anesthesiology, ACGME fellowship trained in Pediatric Anesthesiology as well as eligible for medical licensure in the States of Missouri and Kansas.  We are seeking candidates  who have a strong commitment to excellence in patient care for our patients and families.  We offer the following:

Our faculty provide anesthesia to 27,000 children per year at Children’s Mercy. We provide coverage in the pediatric operating rooms, procedure suites, and radiology.

Children’s Mercy Kansas City is an independent, non-profit, 366-bed pediatric health system, providing over half a million patient encounters each year for children from across the country. Children’s Mercy is ranked by U.S. News & World Report in all 10 specialties, and as one of “America’s Best Children’s Hospitals”. We have received Magnet® recognition four times for excellence in nursing services. In affiliation with the University of Missouri-Kansas City, our medical staff of more than 800 pediatric specialists and researchers is actively involved in clinical care, pediatric research and educating the next generation of pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists.
