Overview

The Neonatology Division at Children’s Mercy Hospital Kansas City is seeking board certified/eligible Neonatologists to provide clinical care at the level III NICU at Mercy Springfield Hospital, Springfield, MO.  The patient population is diverse in this busy practice, which draws from a large region in southwestern Missouri. In addition to clinical excellence, preferred candidates should have an interest in and evidence of scholarly pursuits, including education and quality improvement initiatives.  The Neonatology Division consists of 40 neonatologists with a wide spectrum of interests, providing opportunity for candidates to find collaboration and support for an individualized professional career pathway.

 

Teleconferencing allows for participation in Children’s Mercy Kansas City educational activities and conferences. Colleagues in Kansas City are accessible for professional discussions and consultation.

Qualifications

  • Other Medical Degree (MD) and Residency/Fellowship
  • CMH Hospital Priveleges Required
  • State Medical License Required
  • BNDD and DEA Certificates Required
  • BE/BC Required
